I have been working on some stables and a race track for my horses. I have quite a few horses so I have asked family members to please help me name them all. I thought I would post the horses that have been named here so everyone could see them. I love the names!
Sorry some are blurry, but the horses, especially while on a lead, are constantly moving! Also, if a horse just has a name and it doesn't say who named it, it's one that I named. I named all mine before I started saying "named by..." and I'm not going to go rename them now because it cost 1 name tag each, plus one level each - and it adds up!
More to come!
I was just thinking... I can show you my Minecraft character! I have other ones for some of the other games on here, but not my Minecraft one, so here it is!
I've been watching some famous(?) (idk, I'm new to all this!) Minecraft YouTubers playing this game called 3rd Life and it's been really fun and interesting. However, I am a little confused because they don't always refer to each other by their screen names so I'm not sure just who they are talking about - at least I wasn't at first. But I think I've got it figured out and this is who I think is who:
Please, please, please! If you KNOW that I have something wrong, PLEASE let me know below in the comments, OK? I just want to know who they are talking about when I watch this series! (Would be nice, right?)*
* Just to clarify, I'm not looking for everyone's nickname or real life name, just the ones they openly use in the series. I'm not looking to get people to tell their names if they don't want to. I would never do that.
Yes, it's true! I have a brand spanking new game! Minecraft! I blame my son for this one! He got me started with Minecraft and I have been hooked ever since! It's a fascinating game that lets you do just about anything you want, play anyway you want, and build anything you want! I find it very interesting and can play it for hours if I'm not careful!
There are several different things to do in Minecraft - at least the way I see it. You start off by gathering the bare necessities - food, shelter, a bed. You start by breaking things down with your hand - well, your character's hand. You can "punch a tree" for wood and find some sheep for wool to make a bed, which you will need after playing for 10 minutes, because then it's night-time and the monsters come out! And when you first join, you are in no condition to take on the night forces! So, what can you do? Why, sleep, of course! If you sleep, they can't get you and the night passes in a few moments and then you can be off to play some more!
I will try to put up pictures of the things I have built after I make a section for Minecraft. That's what I like - building and farming and making red-stone contraptions, although I'm not very good at it yet. However, there are a huge number of YouTubers who are good at this game and they all have varying degrees of skill at all the different things you can do in Minecraft. I like to watch the builders and designers and the red stone experts, although the red stone people do get me a little confused at times if their project it just a little too complicated for me! And they will always start out by saying it's a "simple build". lol! Yeah, right!
So, my idea got 49 votes YAY and 0 NAY! And now they have sent it on to the developers! Can't wait for them to implement it!
I have posted an idea to improve the game, Elvenar. The thread on the forum is HERE. I would appreciate everyone who plays to please vote for it! It would save us a lot of clicking and make it easier to give Knowledge Points to Ancient Wonders from a member's name in a message. They put a poll up and there's been a good response! If you want to see the poll, you can go to the link to the thread - it also takes you to the poll! Thanks so much! ~ Tru
My newest game - Fish Paradise - is very similar to the other fish game I was playing, Fish Live. I couldn't find Fish Live maybe because I had an Android phone before and now I have an iPhone. I'm really not sure the reason.
But I like this game just as well, so it really doesn't matter to me. It has more tanks - they call them reefs though, which sounds nicer I think. More like you are out in the ocean.
Here are some screenshots - which you can take in game which is really cool too! And just to let you know - the ones with the same background are the same reefs - they just have different fish in them and/or more or less decorations, that is, coral.
What's in Which Reef
Here is what I keep in each reef:
ISince I made these into separate articles, and they have their own page now, I am taking these duplicates down because I have run out of space on my website account. Hopefully this will allow me to add the newer puzzles and cakes that my sister has made!
You can check them out by going to their respective link under "Tru's Blog". (Or go HERE for puzzles and HERE for cakes!)
Only 2 more stages to complete! Please comment below. =)
OK, I know this will be new to a lot of people who come here, but I used to make PicEggs on a forum and "sold" them and their different stages to others on the forum. It provided a creative outlet for me, and some game currency to use to buy things for my avatar. (OK, don't laugh! It was fun!)
So, basically, you would get an egg from me, then when people wanted it to "grow", I would change it out for them to the next stage. Well, that forum is now gone, but I got to thinking...I do have this site, so I thought I would make a go at trying to see if we could get
a PicEgg to grow as a group. Everyone will have to pitch in!
This is the way it'll work:
There are approximately 6 stages, so come back to see them all! Each stage takes 10 posts in order to go onto the next stage. At the end, I will show all the stages including the final one. Hope everyone enjoys seeing the different stages!
Any questions? Ask in a comment and I'll get back to you asap! =)
I had the opportunity to go to Cary, NC to see the Chinese Lantern Festival the other night and it was spectacular! Just take a look at the beautiful pictures I took!
Fish Live was very entertaining for a while, but if a game takes up too much of my time, I just have to give it up. And Fish Live was doing that. Too much clicking. I can't take that.
But with the two games I've stuck with, neither takes a lot of time - just 10 minutes a day, if you want. Or, you could take more time with them - and that's the beauty of it! You can have a decent Zoo or Garden with just 10 minutes a day (each) or you can get really involved and take up a lot more time, it's up to you.
Just a person interested in playing games. Usually slower type, non-violent games. I like collectable games. Even had an idea for a game myself, but I wouldn't know how to code it. So, I play other people's games and enjoy them. This site shows you most of the games I've played - there have been a lot more in the past, but now I just play Minecraft and Fish Paradise on my phone. (Minecraft on my computer.)
